Privacy policy

This is a short policy, because the site collects very little. Champion Golfers CA is a set of written pages with no accounts, no logins, no shopping basket and no booking system, and the privacy position follows from that.

What is collected

If you send us an email, we hold that email: your address, whatever you wrote, and our reply. It stays in the editorial inbox so that we can follow up on a correction or continue a conversation, and it is deleted once it is no longer useful.

Our web host records standard server logs when a page is served — an IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. These are used to keep the site running and to understand roughly how much traffic it receives. We do not use them to build a profile of individual readers.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which means your browser makes a request to that service when a page loads; that request is subject to the font provider's own policy. Nothing on these pages follows you to other websites.

What is never done

We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information with anyone. There is no advertising network on this site, no data broker relationship, and no commercial arrangement with the hotels described here. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can browse the register without giving us anything at all. If you have written to us and would like that correspondence deleted, or would like to know what we hold, email editors@championgolfersca.com and we will act on it — deletion is the default and we do not ask for a reason. You can also block cookies and third-party requests in your browser; the pages are plain enough that they will still work.
